  1. 30-Day Return Window: Products can be returned for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. We accept returns for items that are unused and in their original packaging.

  2. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please notify us immediately to qualify for a replacement or refund. We request that you send a photo of the damaged item to kangulo78@yahoo.com along with your refund request.

  3. Wrong Product Received: If you receive a product different from the one that you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return:

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value. This ensures that your return reaches us and helps protect you in case the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

Please note that final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective or damaged.
